Directions:
This site is in Pacific Grove on the northernmost point of the Monterey Peninsula. Drive west on Ocean View Boulevard through Pacific Grove to Asilomar Avenue. Continuing 0.3 miles to where it turns south and becomes Sunset Boulevard. Park in the ocean-side parking space across the road from the dilapidated, windowless, cement foghorn building, where there is also a bench looking out towards the point.
Restrooms:
Restrooms are located in a building between the parking area and Asilomar Avenue. The building is next to the small freshwater pond (Crespi Pond) adjacent to the golf course.
Site description:
This site is a granite outcrop with a good amount of relief. Be prepared to climb over the rocks and around pools. Make certain that anyone making the trek out to the site has suitable shoes and an extra change of clothes, if possible.

No permit is necessary for monitoring; however collecting of any sort is illegal with out a scientific collecting permit.
