Directions:
Cabrillo beach is located on Stephen M White Drive in the town of San Pedro. Driving south on Highway 110 toward San Pedro, turn left onto N Gaffey St. / CA-110 and continue for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto W 22nd St. Turn right onto S Pacific Ave. Turn left onto Stephen M White Drive. There is a $6.50 fee to park.

Site description:
Cabrillo Beach is actually two beaches: one outside the breakwater with ocean surf, and the other within the harbor, gentle and quite. Nearby, situated in a coastal park is the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium.
Permit and visitor information:
The beach is managed by city of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks. No permit is required for monitoring.
