Directions:

From the South: Take Highway 101 North and exit at Highway 217 (Ward Memorial Blvd). Take Highway 217 to the Sandspit Road exit, exit and turn left at the stop sign. Turn right into the Goleta Beach parking lot, then turn left and park.
From the North: Take Highway 101 South and exit Fairview Avenue and turn right at the light. Follow this road as it winds past the airport, until you reach the Goleta Beach parking lot on your right. Once in the lot, turn left and park.

Restrooms are available.

Site description:

Goleta Beach is located near Goleta Pier and the University of California. Monitoring should take place west of Goleta Pier.

Permit and visitor information:

A permit is not required to monitor this site.
